The Outdoor Line is designed to be able to cook with homogeneous and fat-free cooking outdoors and on a high flame.
Since the enamelling does not allow water to come into contact with the cast iron, the Outdoor Line can be used and left
outside without the risk of rust.

The cast iron pans and grilling plates are an excellent compromise between tradition and
modernity thanks to the properties of the cast iron and the refinement of the enamelling.

Uniform cooking temperatures

Cast iron is one of the materials that best retainsheat, spreads it slowly and distributes it perfectly evenly. Ideal for cooking over high heat, for roasting,grilling, caramelizing and when used over low heat, it enhances cooking of soups and stews.

Keeps food warm

The cast iron maintains and radiates heat which allows to turn off the stove in advance, thus leaving finish cooking off. Also, on the table the pot with its lid will keep hot brought also for those who can’t wait to do the encore. On the other hand, enameling also allows food to
be preserved cold in the fridge, great idea to serve summer dishes in a hot day.

It is easy to maintain
