The list prices are net of VAT and with reference to standard items.

ORDERS

For orders made by E-mail, telephone, fax and ordinary mail Cast s.r.l. will send the confirmation of sale that will contain all contractual conditions.In this case, the order will be ordered only after Cast s.r.l. has received the confirmation of the sale signed for acceptance by the client. For orders made via the website www.lunaway.it will be ordered without further confirmation.

PAYMENTS

Payments must be made in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the order or confirmation of sale.

Any delays in the agreed time limits shall result in interest being debited within the legal rate in force at the time of the debit increased by 3 points.

SHIPPINGThe

The goods are shipped to the place indicated in the order with a charge of 4€ per kilogram.

The delivery of the goods will take place with primary national and international couriers and the unloading will take place exclusively on the ground floor and not on the upper floors.


Unless unforeseen by the courier, the delivery of the goods will take place within 2 working days from the date of shipment for deliveries in Italy and 5 working days for deliveries in Europe.

PACKAGING

The cost of the standard packaging is included in the price.Standard packaging means the packaging suitable to give adequate protection to the goods.

GUARANTEES The goods are guaranteed for the quality and method of construction of the materials used. Any defects in construction shall entitle the purchaser to the free replacement of the article or part of it.The right to replacement shall extend to the event in which the article suffers damage during transport, provided that such damage is declared to the carrier upon delivery of the goods and is recorded in the delivery note.

Rights of Cast s.r.l. Cast s.r.l. reserves the right to make changes in the construction, dimensions and weight of the items indicated in its catalogues and sales lists without prior notice.

JURISDICTION

For any dispute arising from the relationship of sale, the Court of the registered office of Cast s.r.l. is competent.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return one or more products purchased no later than 14 days from the date of delivery. The shipping costs of the return in Italy are free of charge

From the moment the Cast s.r.l. staffauthorises  the return, the products must be delivered to the authorised courier office no later than 14 days.

Cast s.r.l. reserves the right to refuse refunds if notified, sent or dispatched after the days indicated or if the products are not intact.

All items are checked before being shipped.

Items rendered with damage, or any obvious changes, will be rejected and sent back to the customer, to whom will be charged the normal shipping costs (payment on delivery). In case of receipt of defective or failed goods, write immediately an email to info@lunaway.it.The replacement of an item of the same model and size is possible according to availability in our warehouse, with free shipping costs.If the article cannot be replaced, normal refund procedures will be initiated. To make a return, first write an email to  info@lunaway.it indicating the reference number bubble or invoice , item number, date of receipt and the reasons for the return.Once you have verified that the causes comply with our conditions of sale, you will receive by e-mail instructions to contact the delivery of the goods to the courier, which must take place no later than 14 days from the date of authorisation of the return. You will then be sent the PDF label that you will need to print on a normal sheet and apply it to the package (even with scotch).It is recommended to keep the original packaging, which can be reused (if intact) simply by replacing the label.It is not necessary to return an entire order, but also only a part of it. After our staff has received the return and checked the integrity of the products, the refund procedure will be carried out, of which start you will be informed by email. The conclusion of this procedure will take place within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the return, by recrediting the amount equal to the value of the goods on your credit card or by bank transfer.
