Here is how you can use the discount code:

How do I know that the order was successful?

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with all the details
to the address you provided. If you do not receive such a communication, please check your
junk mail folder and contact us if you have any further questions.

How does payment by bank transfer work?

After completing the order by bank transfer method, you will receive a confirmation email with
the details for making the payment. You can also find these details below:

The order will be processed when payment is received in our accounts
(usually 3 days). We invite you to send us the payment receipt so that we can prepare the
goods and speed up the processing time. Simply reply to our automated
confirmation email enclosing the document, or send a new email.

Can I pay in instalments?

By choosing Paypal as payment method, you can easily split your purchase into 3 instalments

Can I request an invoice?

ITALY: To receive your invoice, you can complete your order by entering your
VAT number and your SDI code. You will receive the electronic invoice within days of sending it.
EUROPA: Get in touch with us before completing your order and making payment.
important: it is not possible to request an invoice once the order has been dispatched.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified up to the time of dispatch.

I have placed my order, when will it be shipped?

From Monday to Friday, we dispatch orders received by 13:00 (CET) on the same day, while orders received later are dispatched the following working day.

What are the shipping times?

Shipping times are max. 3 working days for Italy and max. 5 working days for Europe.
For islands and remote areas the time may increase by 1-2 days.

Can I track my shipment?

Upon dispatch, you will receive an automatic email with the tracking number and a link to
access the courier site to monitor the progress of your delivery.

How soon can I request a return for my order?

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return one or more products
purchased no later than 14 days from the date of delivery. We advise you to keep
the packaging so you can reuse it for eventual shipment.
