months for purchases with a VAT number) for manufacturing
or compliance defects present at the time of purchase.
Examples of defects covered by warranty include:
casting defects
cracks or breakages present when opening the package
dimensions not matching the stated specifications

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY:
normal wear and tear due to use and direct contact with


fire
oxidation (rust), colour changes, or surface patinas

thinning or material deterioration due to prolonged use

breakages caused by mechanical impacts (drops, dropping
logs, heavy blows)
.
thermal shocks, for example:shock termici, ad esempio:

lighting at full power immediately with a very cold

use of unsuitable fuels (waste, plastic, treated or painted

Cast iron withstands heat but is vulnerable to impacts and
thermal stress.

✅ GOOD USAGE PRACTICES
✔ Perform the first 2–3 firings gradually
✔ Place logs gently, without impacts
✔ Use only natural, dry wood
✔ Remove ash regularly to avoid moisture buildup
✔ In case of surface rust, clean and protect with suitable
products

❌ TO AVOID
✖ DO NOT use water to extinguish the fire
✖ DO NOT overload the product
✖ DO NOT throw or drop logs onto the cast iron
✖ DO NOT use unauthorized fuels
✖ DO NOT modify the product

📦 TRANSPORT DAMAGE
Upon receipt of the goods, always check the integrity of the
product. Any visible damage must be reported promptly and
documented with photos.
